Farm Bureau Insurance

Everyone at this office is excellent. I have policies with Charlie and Wes. Both men are extremely helpful when I have questions or need something done. I had a minor car accident a few years ago and Charlie called just to make sure I was ok. That certainly meant alot. Also, when I bought and refinanced my house Charlie did a great job and was very good about keeping me up to date where we stood. He always returns phone calls and is willing to listen and help me make the best decisions. I do not have any policies with Tommy Williams, but my interactions with him have all be positive. He is a very friendly and informative guy. All the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Charlie Pace is such a nice, helpful agent. He's always thinking about his clients and doing anything he can to make things easier and to help you understand anything you're unsure about or confused about. The other workers and receptionist there are both friendly and helpful as well. Its the best insurance company I've ever dealt with.

The agency manager promised to make requested changes and didn't. My agent Wesley told me I had to bring in one amount and when I got there an office worker asked for almost twice that and would take that or nothing. Wesley was with someone and couldn't talk to me to explain it I was told, I was promised he would call when he was done. Guess what call never came. I got him the next morning in enough time for them to up my premium because of what they show as a 2 day lapse in coverage although they caused the delay and the SC DMV says there is NO lapse they are saying I have one and increasing the premium anyway. But the Agency Mgr and District Mgr are sorry he didn't return the call which is what caused the first circus. The Agency Mgr not doing what he promised in an attempt to increase

Wesley my agent don't return most calls. He told me he would research an issue for me and give me a call back and never did. The service I have received so far have been by far the worst service I have dealt with in my entire life. I would NOT recommend no one to this office!!!

Spoke with a Richard at this office who was very rude, not helpful or customer oriented. He did not seem to know what he is doing, I cannot believe Farm Bureau would have such a person working for them.
