Wow. What a find! An insurance agent that truly cares about how your insurance coverage is structured. I was referred to Kelly by another business owner. Even though I was satisfied with another agent and thought I had the correct insurances for all my business needs Kelly personally took the time to go over each policy as well as found gaps that needed coverage. This guy must have spent hours as his report back to us was so comprehensive, he did all this without even knowing we would switch everything over. Not only did Kelly save our company money but the piece of mind was priceless knowing our business is covered all the way around. This place is awful. The rates are better than many (but not all) competitors, but the customer service from this agency is atrocious. First off, the actual Agent, Kelly Obenauf, is all but absent. Expect to deal exclusively with secretaries. If you ask to speak with Kelly specifically, expect him to not be in and take days to call back, if he calls back at all. Every interaction I had with the agency (which were all about me giving them money to purchase or renew policy!) required me to follow-up multiple times. I finally demanded to speak to Kelly and after me calling back several times to reach him, I was able to get him on the phone and shared with him the awful experience I had with his agency. He thanked me and assured me that he'd make sure I didn't have issues in the future.
