Where do I start. I will list it out: 1. Registered my auto insurance under a person with the same name as mine and different address. Charged me twice and I didn’t receive my reimbursement check. Called and I found out they they registered it under the wrong address. I had to call multiple times to address this issue. No apology. Just oh we had the wrong address. It is literally your job to confirm these things. 2. Assumed that my dad (who’s English is a second language) didn’t know the difference between built house and under construction house. Turns out they had went to the wrong address. So nothing to do with the information we provided. I had to provide them with screenshots and directions. No problem because it’s a new development and it happens. But no apology for the bias. 3. Spel
