Been with Farm Bureau for a while and I wanna write this and give a big shoutout to Johnathan, Dayna and the others here at this Farm Bureau location for the way they take care of me and I’m sure other folks. Actual Customer service seems hard to find, but Johnathan and his team still believe in doing business the right way — honest, straightforward, and personal. They don't treat you like a policy number. They take the time to call or even sit down, explain everything in plain English, and make sure you actually understand what you’re paying for. If you’ve got a question, they answer. If you need help, they are there. That kind of small-town service still matters and why I am a customer. It’s a good feeling knowing you’ve got someone local who truly has your back. I highly recommend John

I have been with the Nolensville Farm Bureau office for over 10 years. I can't adequately put into words how amazing this office staff is. The times that I've filed claims and needed their direction, they were there and would always, ALWAYS go above and beyond to help me. From getting additional ID cards to answering questions, they never fail. I'm thankful for Johnathan Jeans and his staff at this agency. I would not even think of going anywhere else.

I have been with this agency for almost 6 years! I’ve been helped by Jonathan, Dayna, and most recently Gabe. They have always taken great care of me! Very transparent and helpful through all my insurance needs. They are always so kind and joy to speak with. You would never know it’s a business call when you talk with them. They always go out of their way to catch up with you and see how things are on a personal level. I especially love having a local office to help me versus speaking to out of area representatives over the phone or even the worse- the most annoying automated systems.
