I left here years ago because the customer service,adjusters,and agents weren't for the customer. I transfered to Van Buren Co clinton office to be amazed with the difference in customer service only to be let down by the adjusters from Conway County office to adjust a claim for a policy out of Clinton Farm Bureau Office. Same roof issue years pryor after 3 failed attempts with the same 2 adjusters and each time had 3 different reasons for the problem. All in all might aswell put a bandaid on it. I will be leaving this company because Conway County office has terrible customer service and My Agent in Clinton should have a say in what adjusters handle my policy. For example a family member lives across the road she had a adjusters from Clinton come to her place she lives in conway county as

Local office very nice to deal with. Hate when I call in a claim like say if you have a wreck or need towing you get out of state people so dumb! That know nothing about the state you live in !!

I would not recommend this office at all. The worst company I have ever dealt with. During times of need they will not be there for you or your family.

I don't know who I spoke to on the phone but they were rude to me, and all I needed was as some questions answered after my accident with one of their clients, who was at fault.
