Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been trying to get information regarding my policies with this company but is never able to speak to anyone. I finally spoke to someone and the phone disconnected due to a disconnect on their end. However, no return call non whatsoever. I've had to call back each time. I received an email tonight telling me that my payment had increased which is absurd. When I added my additional car, I was told the the cost but received an email today, 2,13/ 26 stating I had to pay more money. I was given a quite, paid my down payment for the second car and now is telling me the price went up. I have home owners insurance and car insurance x 2 thru this Forsythe ext office, but seriously thinking of moving my policies. I’m not a customer, but if I had the opportunity too I would choose this company. I contacted them started a claim and everything was handled in about two to three weeks of starting the claim. Everyone I encountered during this process for kind, friendly, courteous and professional. I was completely satisfied and it was accomplished without the assistance of an attorney. This particular Farm Bureau, Forsyth St in Monroe, La., Agent is Paul, is not good. After shopping for insurance, I was advised if I take their insurance, on the 11th day of the month, it had to be set up on ACH and would be this date. After asking if I could change my date to rhe 20th so it wouldn't be late or just make my payments manually, as this was not my pay period date, I was advised no to both. So I received a cancellation notice each month. Go figure!! Furthermore, on my 6 month policy renewal date, how about my insurance went from $180, including renters insurance, to $290.00 in one month. How about no one informed me if anything. Bob cooper of west Monroe farm bureau is the worst insurance agent I have ever experienced in my life. Does not return phone calls or communicate with customers no matter how many messages you leave or how many texts you send. Also can you get them on the phone when you need to talk with them about your policy or have a question or issue. There rates were cheap in the beginning but they went up on us without us having any tickets or wrecks. I would recommend you look elsewhere and not deal with this particular branch in west Monroe. Worst experience ever

Don't use them in Jena La. My prices jump up and down without being told. I know how insurance company's are. I think I have been done very wronged.they owe me money and won't pay me. I cancelled them.and got another company. I won't go in their office to sign a cancellation paper .this is my notice that I don't have insurance with them anymore and I have insurance with another company, before I canced them.
