Josh Spencer @Milan Farm Bureau was very nice and so informative in helping with our insurance questions. He has new clients now!

I was told, from a faithful customer that at Farm Bureau; “Josh can probably give you a better rate!” I tried it and so happen they did! And not only did I get better rates, they also have friendly staff. I was a little nervous switching over from progressive, since that’s all I’ve known but when Josh helped me out, and took the time to explain and go over everything with me. Nerves were gone. They’re wonderful, meek, down to earth, humble, heart-warming people. No more long waiting calls, computer based insurance, and being overwhelmed to fixing my problem on my own! Now I can see faces and interact with them in person when I need help. Honestly should have switched a long time ago. Thank y’all so much!
