Farm Bureau Insurance

Switched from Progressive less then 6 months ago because they kept raising my rates I specifically asked them if they will do the same to me and was told no. So here it is less then 6 months later after switching over FL Farm Bureau and I get my renewal statement and surprise I am hit with almost a 20% increase in my premium. Insurance is mandatory in Florida and as a consumer I feel extorted by these company's. As my agent you should be looking out for me.

Chad Hollingworth has been my commercial liability agent for a few years now with my business and has always been helpful with in all my needs. Have been calling literally all morning to get assistance because one of their clients rear ended me and have called 3 different numbers and 3 different voicemails and no one has gotten back with me at all. Hope this isn’t how they treat their customers....
