Farm Bureau Insurance

Great insurance company to deal with. Was with them for 9+ plus years, always threated me right. Thank you Justin Webb at Farm Bureau and all other team member for being there and helping locals with insurance needs! For them whiny people that putting 1 stars rating since they never got a call back, i don't think it fair running down company rating for that little miscommunication. I'm gonna say in their defense these guys sometime staying pretty busy and probably didn't have time run a quote and then probably just forgot about it (it alright, it some time happens, we all humans and making mistakes). FYI: If you need quote that bad they do have office. And yes i had deal with calling back them few times too to get hold of someone and add changes to my plans. But I don't think it fair to

Agent Jack Baker and his staff have always been helpful in my insurance needs. He and his staff are always professional..

Jack Baker phoned me personally while on vacation to help us settle an otherwise UNsettling situation! His office is top notch and Richard Duggar was excellent handling a predicament while under great stress with our Corporation behind me pressuring me. Thankyou all office staff !

I needed to change insurance companies. Tried to call & contact via email several different agents & NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK!!! I have 2 vehicles & a home. Too late. Ended up going with State Farm.
