Farm Bureau Insurance

My husband and I had Farm Bureau Insurance in NC and loved them. We were told they didn’t have any offices in SC. About three weeks ago, I saw this office on my way to work and called and spoke with an agent named LeeAnn. We spoke extensively, she said she would call me the next day with a quote. After two weeks of phone tag, every time I called she was never in the office. After the third week, I finally called back again, she still was not in the office. The lady who answered asked if she could help me, I explained my frustration of not being able to get an answer on my insurance quote and it didn’t seem like they wanted my business.
