Farm Bureau Insurance

When Preston was over this office we had great service. However once he left it all went down hill. Every time there was an interaction they always acted put out to do or answer any questions. They only covered half my roof and a year later I had to do another roof claim which caused my insurance to go up because I then had 2 claims on the same roof for the same damage. When I changed insurance I actually got a lower rate for the same coverage. I would suggest a different insurance all together or at least a different agent than the one that is currently in Loretto. As far Preston he was great and we even called him from time to time to help just because the one in Loretto was so bad and even though he was not our agent he was always happy to help

Preston is very friendly, courteous and helpful. He helped my wife and I get home insurance on a time crunch. I am very thankful for farm bureau agents like him that make complicated situation feel simple.

I love Preston and the Farm Bureau family in loretto. They are fast friendly service and alway go above and beyond to help and make their customers satisfied and covered. They definitely get you the lowest rate on better insurance.
