Company is deceptive. Asking questions on the quote form hat have nothing to do with driving record but rather your arrest record. He said he just needed to make sure that there was no driving record such as DUI. Even though nobody in our home has such a record but has been to jail/ prisson for a completely understand issue, this company INSTEAD on knowing what the record was for and still would not give us coverage. The man on the phone taking our information flat out lied boldface lied in order to retrieve the information about our personal life that he was wanting. This is a bad company!!!! First of all it is illegal to ask someone the questions this man was asking.
Not trying to be mean my son turned 25 march 1 still taking money out of my banking account and I'm not a member there why?
