I have had the displeasure of being with this agency for years - I have especially had the regretful experience of dealing with Joy over the phone and in person on various occasions. Joy does not understand anything about insurance, policies, etc. and is incredibly hateful. If you want to visit memory lane and remember what it was like to be around the "mean girl" in middle school, look no further than Joy's office. She will talk down to you, be snippy, use useless fear tactics, and share completely false information. Don't forget the gaslighting! If you want to be treated good, go for the full coverage, if you have liability then you will have a longer wait and be treated like a second class citizen. There was an older lady that hit our parked cars and we was treated like it was our fault. We eventually got it all taken care of a month later, she got hers taken care of the very next day after the accident.

The whole process was as seamless and quick as it could be. Jonathan was great to work with! One of the best interactions I've had with an insurance agent. Glad to have policies and a relationship with a fantastic company.
