Farm Bureau Insurance

I had an awful experience with Farm Bureau agent Marius Hayden. He was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional throughout my visit. He falsely claimed there was an issue with my license, snatched my ID and paperwork out of my hands, raised his voice at me, and only reluctantly gave me my proof of insurance after insisting he had already handed it over. His behavior was unacceptable, and because of this experience we are now looking to move all of our policies away from Farm Bureau.

Met with Mike Thib yesterday. Brought my wife and 3 of my kiddos. The entire office was very polite and allowed my kiddos to watch cartoons, run and play, and even gave them books to take home. I left there with more knowledge about life insurance in one hour than I’ve gained in 37 years. Myself, my 5 children are now insured. Why didn’t i do this 20 years ago? I’m grateful for the experience my wife and i had with Mike. Even if you’re not ready to purchase life insurance you at least owe it to yourself to go get educated on what it truly is.

I wanted to come on here and share my experience with farm bureau agency, I have dealt with them for years now and they have always been honest and easy going. I have had great experiences with their policy agreements and look forward to what they have to offer in the future! Great policies and great service. Every time I call them they are quick to answer!

I was always been curious about how whole life insurance could help to diversify my coverage. Jeremy Hohle walked me through the process, educating me every step of the way. He was attentive and available for any and all questions and even prepared multiple options for coverage that met my specific budget and needs. 10/10 for honesty, patience, knowledge, service, and understanding.

I was recommended by my real estate agent that this company was good insurance and affordable. But that is not how it ended up. Trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is almost impossible. The agent seems to never be in the office and they do not work weekends. They also close at 4pm, so if you have any issues you have to wait till the next day. I was with them almost a yr and I had to pay for the membership as well as my policy. Their pricing is just outrageous in my opinion. I left geico, who I had been with over 10 yrs when I moved her due to price increase. But I wish I hadn’t wasted my money here. Too many price increases for me.
