Firstly, if they offer everything you need, at a budget your happy with, then it's the people that make this place so awesome. I will say, I was very surprised that they do not package household insurance between you and your domestic partner, nor can they pause the insurance in case you are traveling for months at a time. I know some other insurance companies have done this for me before, and honestly I just didn't realize. This insurance is made for local, staying residents. Not really the best suited for traveling domestic partners (anything other than married) Other than that, when I was single and stable, they beat most insurances (even USAA) in Allen parish, LA. If your a local, let Ryan give you a quote. There's a good chance it's cheaper than your current provider.
We were promised discounts and price reductions by the agent. Instead, our rates have gone up about a dollar every two months; No accidents or tickets to our names. So, when you're quoted their rates, which seem nice: make sure you're also aware of the additional price in annual dues you have to pay. If you can't pay it they drop you, likely with less than legal notice (which is hard to prove), and you have to pay fees to the DMV. Also question the validity of an insurance agent who texts while driving.
Took my money out my account gave me insurance cards then canceled my policy after a couple days never told me it was canceled so I was driving out with no insurance then I called them to have my address changed for the 5th time!!!!! They told me it was unattractive thank God my bank refunded my money because they would not.ohh and I got a flag bc of them
This is the worst insurance company ever. Even when ws pay for the insurance they still tried to say we didnt pay for it. We fought with them every month we ever had insurance with them. I definitely dont reccomend gping with them. THE KINDER BRANCH WAS THE WORST!!!! i wouldn't even give it a one star honestly..
A great company!! Definitely recommend to everyone in Allen Parish
