Normally I would give them 5 stars because I believe they are a good company, my mother was a secretary for them in Mississippi, but today I'm disappointed in them, yesterday around 6 pm I found out through a fraud alert that my checking account had been hacked, they stopped it, but I had to go turn in my debit card and get a new one, well farm bureau tried to get their money because I had apparently set it up through the card, well since that card was cut off, they didn't get their money, I went straight to Jefferson City Farm Bureau to explain and give them the 83 dollar home insurance but instead of understanding that it was something that happened that was not my fault, they charged me 30 dollars, now this is Christmas time, I'm a widow on a fixed budget, was just hoping they'd be more
