The customer serviced on the phone was poor. I only was seeking a quote and the agent asked all sorts of unusual questions I never have been asked before. She was rude and pretentious.
Horrible at responding to your phone calls. Turn around time for handling claims is a very long time. Find another insurance company to handle your insurance needs. Not recommended at all.
