They sent my refund check to my old address when I updated my new address and gave them my new address over a year ago. They then had me call customer service which sent me to 5 different people just to be forwarded back to this office to get my correct address. They wanted nothing to do with me after I canceled and found somewhere cheaper with better costumer service.
Very friendly staff and works hard for your business. I've just started using this agency.
