Farm Bureau Insurance

My mom and I have been customers of this insurance company for years with no issue. We recently had an insurance claim and have had the worst experience with their adjuster, Zach Duty. He NEVER responds to emails or calls. I had to file a complaint with the insurance commissioner just to get the claim moving along. Other than Zach, the insurance company and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Update: After a 7 hour drive, I finally was able to meet Zach face to face to resolve my mom’s claim

We have paid our house insurance for over 11 years, when tragedy struck and we needed the insurance they failed us big time I would never recommend them to anyone never it's now 10 months and still not done with the claim. Not to mention the adjusters they don't work on the weekends so you will have to tell your house not to burn on the weekend because even though you have money for additional living expense you won't even get an answer until Monday . We had lost everything but the clothes on our back and have 2 kids we didn't get the first penny until 4 days after the fact and it was cold as in December cold. 10 out of 10 would not recommend

Our agent Frank helped us to get some great insurance rates and was always super helpful when we had changes to any of our insurance policies.

I love my Insurance from Farm Bureau. I also love my agent Frank Adam's. He's like family.

I was declined coverage because of a license suspension that was due to a failure to pay despite having a clean driving record.
