Farm Bureau Insurance

My mom’s insurance about tripled on 2 vehicles and she paid it. Best driving record plus her age. Then her car was totaled and I called several times to cancel the insurance bc she went with a better rate at another company. 3 weeks later she hadn’t received her money back since she paid before it was due. I called this morning to find out the lady never canceled the policy and has cheated my mom out of nearly $600!!

My family's company owns 4 manufactured housing dealerships and we sell 100s of homes per year. We have been in business since 2000 and are the largest mobile home retailer in the Carolinas by far with every bank and just about every major brand. I have never dealt with an insurance agency that is as incompetent as the Farm Bureau of Dillon. It took forever to receive a binder which holds up our company and our client. I had to drive to the office myself to actually get the binder which was done on the spot upon my arrival. Additionally, the agent mistakenly took pictures almost immediately after the home had been delivered to the client's property and subsequently sent her an email that she would be losing coverage if she did not get the home underpinned immediately.
