Jeremy will treat you like family and do anything possible to make sure you are happy with your insurance. I thought changing policies would be a hassle so I kept putting it off and when I finally decided to do it Jeremy handled everything. He was and is always available to help you at any time or to answer any questions and goes out of his way to ensure communication is clearly and concise. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone and everyone

Chad is really great, and helped me understand everything I needed to know. First time home buyer, so I didn't really know anything about insurance. Absolutely loved my visit to farm bureau! Ive been trying to get some renters insurance for my new apartment and they were so helpful at getting everything I needed. Chad helped me with all the paperwork is he is great! So friendly and answered every question I had without a problem.
