The adjuster when coming to inspect my house did not smile one time. He acted like he really didn't want to be there in the first place. That's all you don't need when you have damage to your home which is taking time, money, and effort to resolve. I thanked him for coming and I got no thank you from him in return for my business. Perhaps Farm bureau does not give White glove service unless your house has a certain value? It seems that he really forgot who was the paying customer was. No, I did not suffer storm damage fortunately. This incident with your adjustor occurred BEFORE the storm.

Severely disappointed with the service and lack of communication from this office. Despite having several phone calls & being physically in the building they fail to mention anything being past due, instead telling us that everything is in good standing just to receive late fees a week later. At this point it seems they purposely keep this information from us to collect late fees. Simple communication would solve this.

No one ever answers the phone. Always have to call Camden or Bishopville to make monthly payments. This has been going on for years.

They raised my rates after 6 months. Plus my agent took my personal info and put it on a government website without my knowledge. Now i have to block calls that i dont know from telemarketers. Plus i cant even get a medical quote from farm bureau even when they rep blue cross blue shield. Please do not use

They raised my payments twice, both without my knowledge and they are extremely rude.
