Customer service from agent has been less than desirable, get better treatment from the secretary. Policy not explained well and leaky roof claim denied. I've heard such great things about Farm Bureau. Unfortunately my experience has not been favorable

This is worst insurance company you can find. In 2 cases they have covered my bussines only 50% of the cost. Very unfair offers, they make you feel like they are giving money from their own pocket but they forgot they are just returnin a little of our money what we pay to them. We had 2 claims this year(first claims in 50 years) and their offer was embarrassing.

Anthony Sims is a great agent. He is very thorough and cares for his clients.

They have some of the most unprofessional and disrespectful agents that I have ever encountered. I would recommend that no one use this company.
