Alex at this office is a terrible agent. He has terrible communication and gives misleading information. When he quoted me in August 2025, my homeowner's insurance was $200 cheaper than what it ended up being. I found out after an escrow analysis I requested through my lender 5 months later. When I set the date of the month that my life insurance policy would be drafted, guess what? He turned around and had the fee drafted that day, and not the date I set. When confronted about it, he had nothing but excuses about how that was a miscommunication. Yeah, a miscommunication on his part. But today was the icing on the cake. Canceled my home insurance after I inquired about an issue. Told me FB was pulling out of SC. This is not true. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as they seem to be liars.

This place is a joke they don't stay honest and could care less about informing you of what you truly owe just to tell you one month your good then the next if u don't pay a month forward you can't keep the insurance then when they tell you oh you only owe this amount then cancel your insurance because you should of paid double last month then try and get u to pay 1600 to reinstate insurance but tell u oh u have insurance today to go else where only for u find out when u left the office they canceled your insurance that day straight crooks don't trust them at all they pulled my leg for 2 years I'm glad I left them please don't fall for them the only thing they care about is the check they make from working hear and many others have left the same way I did oh but pay the member ship and get
