My personal experience at this particular location was that I was treated really rude and dismissed as if I weren’t good enough to have a policy with this company. I was told that because I had insurance with them before that I couldn’t get it again even though I had no balance or unpaid bill. From what I understood it was simply because I canceled my membership following the unexpected break down of my vehicle. They also had no available agents to assist me in answering any of the questions about why I couldn’t obtain insurance for my new vehicle. I ended up obtaining full coverage insurance through another prominent insurance company that same day without any issues and was truly treated very respectfully. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this particular location to anyone else.

This is the only insurance that has EVER asked about past things that I don't believe are their business such as criminal history. I'm not sure what this even has to do with me being able to pay them or needing homeowners insurance. They wouldn't insure us because of something I did almost 10 years ago as a dumb young adult. I paid and did what I needed to, to avoid issues like this. Once again, I'm being judged for bs from a long time ago and it's being held against me. Other insurance places we've asked have never heard of this either so its just a them thing. I'm glad we obviously dodged a bullet and we will stick with our insurance that doesn't invade/judge on our personal lives and just helps us with what we actually need help with.
