Insurance is one of those things that we pay for that we all hope that we never use, and then when the time comes that we finally have to use it, it’s usually during a stressful time. I have had to file a few claims with Farm Bureau of Brookhaven ranging from minor auto damage to an entire new roof for my home. My local agent, Sam Sones, took the reins and made the process as simple and stress free as possible. My insurance covered exactly what I was told in the beginning that it would and I didn’t have to wait forever for it to pay out so that I could have my repairs made. The entire staff at the local Brookhaven office is top notch! They have a great team and support staff!
