Had insurance bin Kingsport they wouldn't call you back moved to blountville. Needed house insurance they kept saying get that roof done we will get you insurance when I'm done the said you haven't had coverage for 6 months.they lying.then they charge you $30 a year for membership and you don't get nothing for it. I would think twice before using Farm bureau insurance.
