I have multiple policies with Elizabeth Davison at Farm Bureau Financial Services in Clarinda. The ladies in the this office are amazing!!! Always so helpful and very friendly. Love going in this office always feel welcome and could sit and talk to these ladies for hours!!!!

Elizabeth genuinely seems to care. She figured insurance costs for me three different ways. When she was unsure of the answers to my questions, she called her underwriters and got me the correct answer. I am very satisfied with her work ethics.

If I could give Elizabeth 0 STARS I would. I called her office acting on behalf of another business and My goodness the hostility I was met with was not acceptable. She didnt give me a chance to speak and thought that yelling and screaming at me on the phone would be able to get her point across. What could have been a cordial interaction and information exchange ended up being a beratement of a complete stranger who was doing their job. I hope no one else has to experience her hostility and moving forward she can cordially communicate with other businesses regardless of her discrepancy. Based on this interaction I would never recommend or use her services. This was my first and only interaction with Elizabeth.

Liz was very professional and took the time to sit down with my family and I to really explain what we were getting with our insurance policy. No agent has ever taken the time to do that for us. Now we really understand what we got and what we are protected for. She went above and beyond our standards.
