He was my husband’s FORMER insurance agent. Former because we switched. We tried to call him when we were having a problem with our WCF. And his daughter told me that she couldn’t do anything about it! And Richard couldn’t be reached at all! The IRS froze our bank account because Richard and her daughter DIDN’T do anything to help us talk to the IRS; and the IRS specifically told us that they wanted to talk to our insurance agent so they know that they are getting the correct information regarding our business tax number. So many phone calls and no Richard to talk to. Only when another FB employee handling the farmers market in Murray park that we got somebody to help us resolve the issue that Hackwell wouldn’t help us. She hooked us up to another FB office handling the troubleshooting. A
Richard has been our agent for over 35 years--he and his daughter, Brittany have done a fantastic job of taking care of our insurance needs, AND provided solid advice and recommendations for our future insurance and some investment as our family grew.
