Joni and her team are beyond any expectation you could have!! I’ve had Farm Bureau insurance my whole life (my parents have always had it too) and they are by far the best insurance company around. Joni is very professional and provides outstanding customer service!! I would suggest them to anyone looking for insurance or financial planning services!!

We started our policies at Farm Bureau when there was a great agent, unfortunately dealing with Joni has ensured we never conduct business there again. She has canceled policies without our direction and her customer service is poorly lacking. Happy to be done with their office.

The Life insurance agents at this office are not to be trusted. They will push super hard to sell people on IUL. (Index universal life) and tell you all the "beneifts" of it. This is a LIE. IUL was created to put all the risk BACK on the clients that own it, and take it off themselves. There are current agents around the country going through lawsuits because of this product. They refuse to look at the facts, and that means people in our Community will suffer in the future when they wake up to their money working against them. DONT buy a whole life product from them either, as this company does NOT pay a dividend, which is odd, being a mutual company and all. The only thing they can offer as far as I can tell, is term, car, and home insurance.

Amazing staff that is friendly and always helpful when I need them. Joni is very knowledgeable about all my financial and retirement needs as well!
