Horrible experience with my IUL was robbed out of over 30k. Fed a lot of shiny outcomes only to find out my $900 a month all went to fees. Which is fine if thats what I was told. What I was told was even at my base payment it would grow value. It did not then I got some random letter stating I needed to add 3k after repeatedly being told to ignore letters like this by the agent. Long story short got robbed save your money stick to mutual funds and stocks etc. This company is out for themselves.

You know I have had state farm Allstate and by far this insurance company takes care of its clients. Stop shopping for insurance, farm Bureau is the best! Not to belabor the point, the people are the best too. Very friendly and they never talk down to us.

Been with them since 2008 and had my first claim when my shower leaked between the walls and they denied me help, home insurance and 5 auto policies for 14 years and I was denied, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Service was friendly, accommodating to my personal needs by providing necessary paperwork to my mortgager and myself and on time regarding my appointment time.

Best insurance company ever! Great customer service, local claims personnel. Friendly environment.
