I have had two situations where the agent said we were covered and when we had a problem and needed to make a claim we were told a different story. Either salesmen are poorly educated or there’s a problem with honesty. Either way we have been very disappointed. We need to find better insurance.

Mike and his team are top notch!! We have been getting insurance from them for our business and personal lives for years. They are easy to get in contact with, and always call back if they are unavailable. I would strongly recommend using them for all your insurance needs.

In the past it's been the best customer service and easy to have anything done; claims, adding vehicles, adjusting policies. Now it seems like I have to call a few times and I'm still trying to get a task finished that was started in December.

Best insurance office ever! They take such good care of me. I'll never go anywhere else.
