Never answer phone calls, tell me I don't know what insurance I "really" need. Can't execute simple additions and subtractions from policies. Refuse to listen to anything I have to say or want. Tried to transfer my policy to another rep as I had enough. They purposely mishandled my paperwork and screwed me over. Wish there was negative stars for Julie.
Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Not just Mary but the entire office. Don't dread going to talk about insurance coverage.
Mary Winter's office has always taken great care of us. Fantastic customer service and saved us $60/month when we switched!
