Farm Bureau Financial Services: Jeff Dent

I made several contacts withis agent , gave him several documents and lots of data . He kept saying he could probably save us some money. After about 6 attempts for ME TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM , I gave up. I guess he knows he can't beat T company... He just wasted my time . Too bad Farm bureau doesn't have an online quote system. Agents are why rates are so high. Horrible customer service. Thanks for wasting my time .

Please please call me back. My husband has died. I have had a Life Insurance policy with you for over 25 years. It’s been over 1 1/2 months. You still have not sent me the paperwork. The main office back East said they sent the paperwork to you a long time ago. I NEED YOUR HELP! Sandra Currie

My first experience was about 20 years ago with this team helping me out with one of our homes. Yesterday and today Stella went above and beyond along with her team to get us setup with new insurance for our vehicles. We have had a Comercial property insured with farm bureau for several years. We originally had a massage practice in one building and an Airbnb I. Another. Three years ago we leased all of our building to one business. To this date Jeff still has one of our buildings as an Airbnb. We have tried to have him correct the policy with no avail. One year Jeff held our check for two months until it was overdue. This last October he did the same thing with a credit card payment. This is not how business is done.

Horrible experience, canceled my insurance policy on 8/2/2924 ,no notice at all. Did not get a call or email,no bill in mail. Just paid them 664 on March 3rd,all bizarre. Go with a better agent.
