Farm Bureau Financial Services: Craig Reed

Craig & Staff at Farm Bureau Insurance in Winfield, KS is great. My husband started with Farm Bureau when he was 16 yrs. old with Cowley County farm Bureau and is still very pleased with their services. It is so nice to call the office and actually get to talk to a person-most companies now a days are robotic. Craig represents the company very well. Him & the staff always reaching out to us to advise & review our insurance plans. Thank You and by the way my Husband wants to know if we can get a 50 yr. loyalty discount.

I liked the professionalism shown to me as a customer. I liked that all of my policies are covered under one policy number and that Farm Bureau actually prefers that I want to pay by bill a year at a time. I also like that Farm Bureau covers my motorcycle insurance and doesn't push it off to a third party.

Craig does a great job of going over our policy with us and informing us of ways to save. He also makes sure that we have everything covered. He and Stacy are very professional and personable.

Whether it is working a claim or deciding on which financial or insurance program is best for our family needs. I always feel like I have a friend a phone call away when working with Farm Bureau.
