My parents are in the midst of a health crisis. When they don’t have insurance cards or policy numbers they call Jennifer who promises to look into it and call them back but she never does. They finally had to have their company call blue cross blue shield. Insurance agents should help families navigate health insurance not leave them to figure things out for themselves in the midst of dealing with a health crisis.
Cliff, Jennifer and the entire staff helped me when others in Knoxville, Iowa said there was nothing they could do to help me. Cliff and Jennifer made it look easy.
