My husband Jake Baxter is the agent here. I honestly have to say I'm not speaking as a biased wife. Jake is so approachable he helps his clients know what they're buying and why. I can't tell you how many of clients praise his ability to put Insurance into words they can understand. Jake doesn't just insure you he takes care of you so that when, heaven forbid, an accident happens you will have the right coverage and you will have an agent who truly cares about your wellbeing and making sure you get back to where you were before the loss. Agents do not answer call or return messages. You can never get a straight answer. Rude, condensing attitudes and poor phone manners. I had to call the company and do my agents job because he wasn't available, again. So, if I'm doing his job, why I'm I paying an agent? Especially now that everything is done digitally. Time to eliminate the middle man. They repeatedly bill incorrectly and if we don't bring it to their attention they continue doing it. They have changed our policy without notice. They remove discounts that we have earned, repeatedly. If you chose this company, watch your bill (do not go paperless) and check your policy continuously for any discrepancies.

So far i have paid $1300 out of pocket on a claim for coverage i thought i had but i didn't. Then i get an audit and it has an error for over $1K. These people are nice and all but you should double check any policies they write and if you are a business owner make sure you are fully covered. My advice to this agency is be a better advocate for your customers because a $1300 mistake is not something that easily goes away. Ask more questions and learn businesses you write. The customer is right, not your underwriters. Learn this. I will update this review with more stars if they support me on the audit i am currently having to reopen.

From life insurance, car insurance to home insurance I wouldn't go anywhere else. Stephen Bowden rocks! He is well informed and seems to enjoy his job, the front desk person is always smiling and friendly. They make the yearly "Super Checks" well worth the drive.

Paul Whitney Gale is the most irresponsible, uneducated, and arrogant insurance agent I have ever done business with. He is taking a personal day to fix his roof while knowing how poorly he mishandled my account costing me hundreds of dollars! Avoid this agent if you value your time and money. Left canceled items on my policy for over 3 months. His answer to everything is "I can't do anything about it. My hands are tied." Save your self the trouble and deal with someone professional. This man is all talk. I wish there was an option to give no stars.
