Big thanks to Katia and her team! I've been doing business with them for the past 3 years and they're always super nice. Just two weeks ago, I got myself a new car. I was worried about how to switch my insurance from the old car to the new one. It was a Saturday night, pretty late, but Katia was there for me. She worked after hours and helped me change my insurance super fast. It only took a few minutes, and she was so helpful, even late at night! I'm so grateful to Katia for making everything easy and quick. Her help that night shows how amazing she and the company are. This company is amazing, they really care about customer and they’re always on top of any change, information or anything regarding your different type of insurance. Was treated so horrible by KRISTA. Hodges asked to speak to boss BRIAN totally backed her up for her mistake in giving me the wrong date of cancellation and also not informing me that I was canceled and corresponded with her for weeks really doesn’t care about the customers do not use this company. They have the worst customer manners I’ve ever dealt with I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM

If you want to be sent to collections bc this company couldn’t do a proper policy cancellation and you got charged for a policy you had “cancelled” troughs the phone with one of their agents , this is the right place you want to go . Also if you want 0 assistance or clear answers when you address the situation definitely this is the right spot . Make sure you double check and triple check anytime you do anything with this people.

Never in 1 million years would I have ever thought that someone would ask me why I pay my mothers car insurance getting into my personal life, which is not their business of why I do what I do for my mother which is very upsetting I should not have to disclose information why a certain family member is not working and me being a good son trying to pay my mothers car insurance. Unbelievable.
