Today I came to 120 Eagle Rock Rd. and I accidentally parked in a spot labeled FFL. I was running late and I bring a girl with special needs to volunteer at a firm in the building. I should not have parked in that designated spot, but in my haste I did, and as I was walking into the building, I could see a car come up along the back of my car, who clearly saw me walking, but instead of calling out to me, they parked their car there so that I could not leave the spot because in front of me was a metal pole. So, instead of leaving me a note not to park there, or even calling the police and giving me a ticket, they decided to block me in. I had to Go back into the building go back up to the second floor ring the bell and a very lovely girl told me it was the owners car. I waited the
