The gentleman who answers the phone is rude and as disrespectful as they come. I received a bill for 2 months past due” keep in mind we have auto pay” so of course as a person I am concerned why, and was told they were hacked and had I looked at my account I would have seen this. But not nicely at all. I was also told it’s not their problem to let us know they were hacked and did not take out a payment. As the person paying the bill, it is my concern to know. I’m not sure if Erie is any better but I can say this agency is not. Try getting better people to answer the phone and if you were the owner shame on you take some customer relations classes.

Extremely rude people answering their phone-was given attitude and hung up on. There are much kinder insurance companies to do business with. Update: Refer to the review left 2 weeks after mine if you don’t believe these people are rude. There are much more personable people to speak with at other insurance companies-and their lack of accountability in multiple situations reflected in the comments proves it
