Good luck getting a response back from them, l emailed, left text for Michelle, regarding a simple yes or no question, did not get a response back, I ended up contacting the insurance provider directly, what's the point of having an agent when they do not take care of their clients..... extremely poor customer service, I will not recommend this company anymore to anyone looking for a medicare agent
