I have to say that in all the years that I have had insurance and dealing with agents, Fairbanks Insurance has been the absolute best for customer service and price. To find the two in one place is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Fairbanks Insurance.

After being dropped by a national insurance company for our home policy, we were referred to Fairbanks Insurance Services by an employee with that other company. I'm only just starting with Fairbanks, but the switch couldn't have been easier. The employees are super friendly and helpful. We now have great policies. I would, and have, recommended Fairbanks. As brokers, they have the tools to find just what you need.

Went to see if we could get a better rate than what we had with different insurance company, they were very helpful and friendly, but I was already getting good rate through my current policies, but did switch our RV insurance to Fairbanks. Will check again in future if my current rates change.

I called Fairbanks insurance in Deerpark to get some quotes because my previous insurance company raised my rates majorly when I moved from Idaho to Washington. Laurie Mitchel was extremely helpful nice and professional. She went above and beyond to find the best insurance policy for me. I was able to get insured for a great rate below my previous insurance company’s premium! I would highly recommend her and the team at Fairbanks insurance to anyone looking for better insurance rates!
