Fahrney Insurance Services: Allstate Insurance

I am extremely happy with Patricio my agent that I got to handle my claim, he is a professional individual and you are lucky to have him with your company. The service he provided, phenomenal! Which was not my experience with insurance agencies. He was empathetic to my situation, helpful when it came to recommending the right people to come out and do the work required at that specific time. I am grateful that he kept communication lines available wether through text or a phone call. He called me every couple days to check on the status of my home. I never felt like I couldn’t get a hold of him for any questions I may have had. That made me feel that I wasn’t alone in this. I felt very supported. Again this is a professional individual, I highly recommend Patricio.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get Allstate insurance here or anywhere! There’s no accident forgiveness in California and if you do end up fixing your car with this insurance, prepare for your monthly amount to skyrocket! I have home and auto insurance with these guys and I will be leaving. AAA offered a policy that was $147 cheaper a month! No way. Don’t use these guys

This insurance company is extremely shady and glad I left but now I’m being charged for “coverage afforded” to the vehicle. Talk to 2 different people from the company, one from the local office (the manager Jovanna) and one from the call center. Told different stories stating I wouldn’t be charged only for the manager to tell me that the policy of coverage was from the 4th to the 21st so unless I can’t provide duplicate coverage the fee can’t be waved so it’s being prorated only when I asked multiple different ways to ensure I wouldn’t be charged. She stated that they would have no way of know until it reached billing. I moved from LA to New Mexico last October. I switched my policy and stayed with Allstate. In my account online where I had Autopay enabled, I didn't owe anything. Today I received a text and letter from credit collection notice. Fahrney turned my account over to a debt collector after making no effort to contact me through Allstate (my phone number is the same and my address change was made through Allstate online). I made all of my payments on time for Fahrney and stayed with Allstate. This was a very lazy and impersonal way of doing business. I would avoid them if I ever returned to LA.

Horrible customer service I have had an ongoing issue for 5-6 months. Have called a dozen different times spoke to 6-7 different people to try and resolve the matter and even the manager (Daniel) will not respond to my voicemails, emails, phone calls, or any requests for that matter the entire team is garbage. I do not recommend all state what so ever the customer service is horrible. They will just take your money instead of trying to help the problem at hand. My entire 6 month term has been a joke. I have had several different car insurances and all state by far is the worst when it comes to customer service.
