You can buy insurance in many places but it is the customer service that sets this agency apart from the rest. First you can not only buy insurance but do your title work, registration renewals or even get something notarized ( I happened to need a form notarized and it was great-one stop shop)! The employees really do try to find you the best price. The employees were caring and efficient. They really wanted me to feel satisfied with my purchase. I will be recommending this agency to friends and family. Great job EZ Insurance!

So I went there prepared to wait forever and got in line. Made it to the front in about 15 minutes and thought I was going to have an issue with the guy who called me to the counter because he didn't have the friendliest look on his face lol. Told him what I needed and he told me what I should actually get and I could see that he was typing and getting my stuff ready before I even said OK. Usually I would have been a little teed off with the high-handedness and thinking he knew what was best and I should just go along with it, but....he actually knew what was best and so I went along with it. Also, you can only pay with cash or checks there so I got out $500 because I had no idea how much this was going to cost. I only paid $87 for what I got so after I left I went shopping to celebrate. I

While one customer was being helped by someone, 3 more of us were waiting to be served but instead had to listen to the other rep sort out her father's medical care on the phone. Very unprofessional. But the rep that helped me was great and did me a huge favor.

The service is great and the girls are very knowleable- I loved that I do my insurance and my tag work all in the same place without waiting in line for long hrs. They're quick and very professional.

I'm a real estate professional and I really like that this local insurance agency assists with all my insurance needs, from home to car to rental insurance. Plus the ladies here are licensed experienced professionals. Two thumbs up!
