They earned my business about 5 years ago when Nieta A. Connected me with Olympus Insurance. She answered all of my pestering questions and made herself available as often as I needed. I don't believe she is with this company anymore:( I called a couple of weeks ago to get a quote for the purchase of a new home. I got forwarded to a rep (Brandon I think?) that didn't answer, so I left a message and never received a call back. If my business was as important to you as getting home owners insurance is to me, then you would have made a better effort to earn it after I left a message with my phone number.

I've dealt with them for years and they give consistently good service.
