Staff is friendly and polite. I found myself without insurance while insured with AAA from EW Smith for a minor oversight. Staff tried to resolve it Unfortunately, they could not. AAA then after over one month after cancelling my policy took over $1,000 out of my bank account without permission and, after I had already procured insurance with someone else. EW Smith was little help. In fact, came to me and said the money was essentially gone with no chance of getting it back. EW Smith did try to offer to get me back with another company of theirs at a little bit lower rate to help make up the missing money. AAA still has my money. Be aware!!

This agency was recommended to me and I'm glad it was. My agent is Matthew Perry. He is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He's always prompt with answers and responses. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.

Paul Gagnon is a great agent! Very responsive and SO comprehensive in our insurance review. We had been told by other agents that they had the best rates and yet Paul found hundreds $$ more we could save and gave us even MORE coverage across our home and vehicles. Thanks again Paul!

It's been about two years that I switched my vehicle and condo insurance from AAA to EW Smith Insurance Agency. Matt and his colleagues are a pleasure to do business with. He is very patient and thorough. I emailed him my previous policies for his review. Matt was able to save me well over half of what I was paying for the for previous insurance policies.
