I discovered that I was being overcharged for my premiums because personal property and jewelry coverage were applied to both of my properties—resulting in duplicate charges. When I brought this to the attention of the agency owner, he was unwilling to correct the mistake or offer any refund for the overpayment. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and at the very least, a willingness to make things right when errors are made.
