Everly Life Insurance Company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My father has passed in October. The funeral home has notified the company 2 days after my father passed and was told they will be faxing a claim to fill out. The company has never faxed the funeral home the claim and they continued to take premium payments out of my account (which I will be shutting the account down to keep them from taking anymore payments). The funeral home recently called them again and Everly said that they were never notified of my father's passing and it will be today to seven days before the form can be faxed and emailed. Why would it take a company so long to fax a claim form?!

Worst company ever, been paying into this for many many years and for what?? No one gets back to you. My Mom passed away and I missed one of the payments, so they canceled me. They keep all the money. I needed this to pre pay for my arrangements. Hope they enjoy all the money. Do not recommend this company.

This company is A ridiculous scam. My mother bought funeral insurance and passed a yr and a half ago. They did not pay the funeral home nor the beneficiaries and keep asking for the same forms that have already been faxed and emailed and certified mail completed

Ok so far but have one policy the age was wrong so I do believe I need to biggest policy if there's any cash value if not then I guess it's a waste of my time but there's another policy in my name and I still haven't gotten right yet and I'll try three times to get that paperwork but all in all you've been good so far
