Extremely Disappointed with Everette Cash Mutual Insurance and Their Claims Adjuster In Fall 2024, a vehicle insured by Everette Cash Mutual Insurance Company crashed into my building, damaging the siding and framing. Everette Cash Mutual used a third-party adjuster—D.L. Dravis & Associates, Inc.—to handle the claim. Unfortunately, my experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. Despite submitting multiple repair bids, they selected the lowest one and then arbitrarily deducted over $1,000 for "depreciation" because the siding was 20 years old—even though photos showed the rest of the siding was in excellent condition. She hit the divider at the gas station going approx 3 mph. I have a friend who owns an auto body shop. He said a number to fix it, and would be done in 5 days. He had the car in his shop and taken apart. Then the appraiser comes(who is a horrible person) to take about 10 pictures of the car in my driveway, with no access to the key. He said we must total the car, as his estimate came in at $6,000 more than my friend, who owns a body shop, who took the car apart to investigate the damages. DO NOT BUY ECM insurance. This is the WORST insurance company I have ever heard of or delt with. We had a commercial insurance policy with them covering our business vehicle up to $30,000.00 but when we had an accident they only paid out $8,000.00. From beginning to end this is a horrible company to work with. They told us to tow the vehicle to a specific lot, then refused to pay for storage and stuck us with the bill. They told us they would cover 2 weeks of a rental vehicle and then stuck us with the bill for the second week. It took a total of 3 months for us to get a check to buy back our salvaged vehicle. This company has NOT PAID a legitimate claim. They sent insurance adjusters to a specific property that ECMI insures. Since then, the company has been a ghost to the property owners and is not communicating and paying.
