Evans Simpson & Associates Inc

This company is affiliated with the credit union with which I have my car loan. For months, they have claimed I do not have the appropriate insurance on my vehicle and have caused me to be charged for additional insurance. My bank has sent them the appropriate information showing I have had zero gaps in coverage and my bank is waiting for them to correct it and send the refund. I’m paying the loan as I initially signed as I’ve done nothing wrong. Because of this company I am now being marked as thirty days late on my auto loan which led to my credit score dropping. My bank can correct it as soon as Evans and Simpson does their part. My bank highlight and obnoxiously checked and essentially pointed at the information E&S is stating they have t received and sent it back. This must be correc

This company works with Georgia United Credit Union to charge you for Insurance that you already have. It takes an arm and a leg to get your money back once they take it from your Car Loan or Home Loan account. Beware of this company!!!!!
